International Homes (Yorks) was first established in Yorkshire in 1991 by Michael L. Hayes. In 2002 the business moved to Calpe, Spain, where it is now a Spanish registered company (CIF B-536672622) with the sole Director been Michael L. Hayes. Our office in Calpe is an administration office, although we are pleased to meet potential clients by appointment, our UK associate offices are in Wakefield, West Yorkshire, which is open to potential clients, again by appointment, whilst our associate administration offices are in Dundee, Scotland and Leek, Staffordshire for Holidays. 

International Homes (Yorks) s.l. is not an Estate Agent in the true sense of an Estate Agency business, it is, in reality, a Property Consultancy and Property Investment company specializing in Spanish Property Freehold Sales & Investments. In addition the company cover Business Sales & Leasing, as well as Holiday Villa & Apartment Rentals. In 2007, working in association with a UK registered company, the Worldwide Property Investment Portfolio was introduced, which currently covers over 50 countries.

International Homes (Yorks )s.l. work with many leading Spanish registered Estate Agencies, Builders and  Developers throughout Spain, all are legally registered businesses. We do not charge our clients any fees what so ever, we are paid our commission from the companies we work with without any additional cost been added to the selling price of the properties they advertise. The price you see on our web site or in any of our advertisements are the same prices you will pay if you visited their office in person.

Viewing of properties and locations is essential, particular so if you are wishing to use the property for personal use, you have to be sure that the location offers all the facilities and services you require. We will be only too pleased to arrange viewing of properties and areas that are of interest to you. If you are unsure of which is the right area for you we shall be only too please to discuss the different areas with you. We do not offer subsidized inspection trips, these are offered by companies who will probably treat you as a timeshare customer, they will mainly show you new properties only, where they receive the highest commission. We will gladly offer our purchasers refunds of flights and/or accommodation costs.

We never take money from clients. Any deposits or future payments are always recommended to be paid to clients lawyers or solicitors, if clients do not have a lawyer or solicitor we shall be only too pleased to recommend one either in the UK or/and in Spain. This also applies to our Worldwide portfolio.
