Historia

The name of Parcent appears the first time in a written document called "Llibre del Repartiment". It was a moorish manor and later Barony with Benigembla and Bernica. In the XVIIIth Century, it was under the noble regime control of the Count of Parcent. In this town, Gabriel Minó wrote his literary work "Del Vivir".
