Please read the following information, it is for your benefit and holiday enjoyment.

BOOKINGS. We act as booking agents for local management offices of privately owned properties.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTIONS. These are shown along side each property, however as all properties are privately owned the contents may vary between properties. Descriptions provided are for guidance and do not form any part of any contract.

BOOKING DAYS AND TIMES. Except between June & September we can normally offer change over days any day Monday – Saturday. During June – September change over days are Saturday. Arrival times are normally 5.00pm – 7.30pm and departure times before 10.00am. We will always try to assist clients with arrivals and departures outside of these hours if notified and requested before booking.

KEY COLLECTION/RETURN. Unless previously arranged, keys are collected and returned to our resort office.

ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES. All properties are prepared for your arrival. We would ask all clients for their cooperation by leaving the property clean and tidy for the next guests.

BOOKING GUARANTEE. Once confirmed the booking is guaranteed. In the unlikely event that the confirmed property is not then available another property of the same standard, or higher, in the same location or as near as possible, will be offered. If this offer is not accepted then a full refund of rental monies paid will be given.

PRICES QUOTED. All prices quoted are in Euro’s and included all taxes, gas, water and electric (excludes longs lets/special rate bookings).

PAYMENTS. For your safety and benefit we recommend all payments are made by credit or debit card, we make no additional charges for this service. Payment can also be made in Euro’s or Sterling by cheque if payment is within 8 weeks of arrival.

CHANGES TO BOOKINGS. These are accepted to rental bookings subject to availability. We make no additional charge for the first change, thereafter changes are made at an additional charge of 75€ per change.

CONSTRUCTION WORK. In any country construction or road works may be in force in the near vicinity. It is not always possible for us to gauge the extent and duration of this work which often happens at short notice, however if we are aware of anything at any time prior to your arrival we will offer you as much information as is possible. Should the work be sufficient that it could spoil you holiday we will do our very best to offer you an alternative property.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS & NEEDS. We shall be only too please to provide/arrange at additional cost for extra beds, cots, wheelchairs, mobility needs etc.

CAR HIRE, FLIGHT ADVICE, AIRPORT TRANSFERS. We will be only too pleased to quote you for any of these or other requirements.

DAMAGE. In most cases a damage deposit is payable on arrival amounting to approx. 200€ - this can be secured by credit card if requested. The card will not be charged or any cash deposit paid will be refunded if the keys are returned on time and no damaged caused to the property.

PERSONAL INJURY & LOSS. This is not covered in the rental. It is the client’s responsibility to make sure they have adequate injury, death or valuables insurance cover. No claims for these will be considered.

PETS. Clients wishing to bring pets must have written permission in advance of arrival. An additional damage deposit may be payable.

PARTY SIZE. This must not exceed the total number shown on the confirmation invoice, otherwise refusal to the property may be made without refund of any monies paid.

CANCELLATION. No refund of any monies paid will be given for cancellations. Loss of money can normally be claimed on travel insurance.

TELEVISION. UK reception is not normally available.

CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SATISFACTION. We take great pride in the properties we offer for your holiday. Your holiday enjoyment is as important to us as it is to you, therefore if you have any problems or need any information please contact our local office, all of who have English speaking staff available, in the first instance straight away.
