Introducing Costa Blanca South
South of Alicante, the Costa Blanca South stretch of coastline boasts endless miles of sandy coves and palm fringed beaches, many of which have been awarded “blue flag” status. The highway offers a fast alternative route to the old coastal road allowing easy access to Alicante, Murcia and Almeria in the south.
The property market has risen by a healthy 10% in the past year, with the same increase predicted for the coming year. Property prices are good value and affordable in this region. Expect to pay €80,000 euros for a 1 bed apartment in the centre of Torrevieja, while a semi detached villa on the outskirts would cost €150,000 and a detached villa just €250,000.
