Costa Blanca Property Viewing Information

Whilst we try to give as good impression of a property as possible on our web site nothing can beat personal viewing, remember the saying: LOCATION, LOCATION & LOCATION. You need to see the area surrounding the property, even if you have visited the area before, in addition we always have property that for one reason or another is not on the web site but could be just what you are looking for. Our viewing arrangements are always on a one to one basis without any pressure or obligation. They are for any duration in either a hotel or self catering accommodation, alternatively if you have made your own travel and/or accommodation arrangements we can meet you in either one of our offices or other suitable meeting place.

Before you come out we send you an in depth requirements questionnaire to enable us you plan in advance the type of area and properties that we propose to show you that will best fill these requirements, an itinerary will then be sent to you for you to see in advance or you can amend if you feel it is not quiet right for you.

We do not subsidise viewing arrangements, although we will make any bookings for you at cost price, often at special negotiated rates, if we have made your flight arrangements and accommodation arrangements we will collect you from and return you to the airport in Spain.

If you do find a suitable property whilst viewing we will introduce you to a lawyer, if you do not have one, who is totally independent to us, the lawyer will arrange all your legal formalities including of course translations. We do recommend the use of a lawyer qualified in property/land or business purchase.
