On our property pages we have included approx. 45% of the properties we have available in over 50 countries, other developments, as well as resale are available. Property prices always go up in value from the original drawing board selling price, in addition we can rent out the property if it is not your intention to use it for yourself.

As a company they work directly with developers, lawyers and notaries in the respective country, as well as in the UK, to bring clients the most competitively priced and quality properties, many of them exclusive. Churchill’s also construct their own developments as well as give advice on overseas mortgages and finance, in fact they give as much help and advice, or as little, as you may want to assist with your purchase.
We do not arrange inspection trips where you are ferried around from development to development with other people in a bus. We do however offer an individual one to one basis tour of suitable properties that meet your individual needs if you wish. Before proceeding further we will meet you in one of our offices or call to meet you on a one to one basis, by appointment, either in your home or office to answer any questions you may have.
We do recommend all our clients to obtain as much information on a particular country from those countries tourist offices or embassies, we also recommend taking independent legal advice.
